About
As a child I was always very artistic. Much of my youth was spent drawing and painting. As an adult my art gave way to getting married and raising kids till one day I picked up a camera... I found a release for the artistic side of me. When I decided to expand this into a business I set out to learn as much as possible about both my art and the business. I soon learned that experience is indeed the best teacher. With over 18 years in the industry, the business has seen many, many changes. Going from a small basement business to a 28x40 full service studio has been quite a ride. I love what I do, and I think it shows in my work.
Besides the portrait side of the business, I also am a Nature and Landscape Photographer with hundreds of images that are available for sale in a variety of finishes. You can find a sampling of images on the Landscape page of my website.
I spent the last three years working on a project to produce a Relaxation DVD mating my images with the spiritually healing music of Acoustitherapy and the hauntingly beautiful sound of Eric Herrera on the Native American flute. All of the photography in the DVD named Peaceful Visions was shot in the wonderful State Of Wyoming. Currently Peaceful Visions is being used in some anger management courses and just as a way to de-stress after a long day at work.
